Milk-based casein slurry enters the rotating bowl through the feed system.
Under centrifugal force, casein particles move toward the bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
Separated liquid moves toward the inner liquid zone and exits through the liquid discharge area.
The scroll continuously transports concentrated casein solids toward the discharge end.
Dewatered casein cake and clarified liquid are continuously discharged for further processing.
